Sunday, September 21st, Join us for a 60 min, all-levels outdoor Pilates class lead by Instructor Amanda Chine- designed to improve mobility, build strength, and calm your nervous system. This hybrid contemporary Pilates session blends mindful movement with low-impact bodyweight training and a nice juicy stretch at the end, helping you develop full-body awareness, stability and functional strength-all while surrounded by the cutestpuppies- all with Taylor Swift themed names ( YES, expect her on the playlist!!). Even better, these puppies will be available for adoption at the event.

Proceeds benefit The Canine Classroom, a local nonprofit that supports rescues with animal care expenses and promotes responsible pet ownership through school and community programs.

Tickets: $25-- includes your class and one complimentary mimosa after class. Stick around after for lunch and patio puppy cuddles!

** Plus, bring a shelter donation to class to be entered to win a gift basket filled with locally sourced goodies. (The shelter needs: Dog food: Pedigree Small Bites, Pedigree Choice Cuts Wet Food, and Iams Chicken Chunks, laundry detergent and trash bags)
