Join us Sunday, June 7th for a 60-minute, all levels Pilates class designed to improve mobility, build strength and calm your nervous system. This hybrid contemporary Pilates session blends mindful movement, low-impact bodyweight training and even a little yoga at the end to help you develop full-body awareness, stability and functional strength . Your class includes a freshly brewed drink of your choice from Wired Rooster.

Sunday June 14th, join us for 60mins of ultra-slow paced, creatively sequenced asana focused on cultivating a deeper connection to yourself, finding the most valuable variation of each pose for "your" body and connecting breath to movement...the TLC your mind and body deserve.
This is a slow-moving but very physical practice designed for all levels. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Each ticket comes with a free drink of your choice, redeemable before or after class.
Plan to arrive 10-15 mins early, as class will begin promptly at 9am. We'll come around and take your drink order before class so it'll be ready afterward. Bring your own mat.
